I don't know about you but I have got hundreds of plums in the garden.
Any ideas for what I can make with them?
I saw a recipe for brandy plums which seems quite cool - recipes containing spirits never goes wrong.
What do you think?

Definitely either an upside down plum cake or a plum clafoutis. Those little yellow plums are so sweet and delish. Enjoy, melx
I have never heard of a clafoutis before but after reading about it seems really nice and simple - which helps.

I could also offer you some recipes, given my own efforts with all the plums. I have made marmelade with plums and ginger and with cinammon and cardemom, but also jam, chutney and stewed fruits. I would probably recommend the spicey marmelade or chutney. Love your blog by the way, read every entry.
