As I mentioned before I love liquorice and so I made one of my favorite soup this weekend. Made it in the funky pan which I found in a skip. It was full of broken glass and had a snail living at the bottom. Saved the snail and restored the pan to its former glory.

Yum! I'm rather fond of fennel myself. I tend to use it only in salads though. I'll have to give the soup a shot :)
Found a similar looking recipe online Fennel Soup. As you can see in mine I added potatoes. It's def yummy!
